The pneumatic BTM toggle presses are compact, high-energy drive pneumatic driven units that are used for small spaces or confined areas. They are suitable for simple and precise assembly works and can act in all working positions. BTM offers complete press units, press components, front and bench mount assembly units. They can be used for  punching, clinching, embossing and all other sheet metal forming work. The units can be adapted with integrated tool holders or special with long strokes and double rams. BTM will be happy to advise you on the right choice of drive.

Floor-standing and table-top appliances are primarily used for small batches or changing applications. They can be manufactured with different drives according to customer requirements. Hydraulic, pneumatic or pneumohydraulic are the most common systems. The modular design allows any desired variant.

BTM plant engineering has been BTM’s speciality for 40 years. Complete punching, full-punch riveting or clinching systems, as well as systems for pressing in bolts and nuts, including their feeding as well as the transport and handling of the assemblies to be joined through to packaging can be completely designed, constructed, manufactured, wired, programmed and commissioned in-house.
